We specialize in almost everything that has to do with landscaping and excavation which includes water features, artistic rock placement, rock gardens, retaining walls using rock, dry stack block, walkways all type. What has been real popular lately is paving blocks for walkways, patios, and driveways because unlike concrete they almost never break and can even be reused which is almost never the case with concrete. We also have extensive experience with down spout and side sewer work as well. We even build storage sheds, car ports and garages. It's a great time for the home owner to get some of these services done due to a drop in material cost as well as labor cost. As usual, cost will go back up in the upcoming spring when everyone wants to get there put off projects done so take advantage of the savings now.

Installations Available

Need manual labor help?

We have reliable and friendly laborers that can give you a helping hand. If you just want some strong backs and you do the supervision then we can provide the help. If we provide manual tools such as wheel barrows, shovels, picks, rakes and etc then we charge 46.50 per hour plus tax per laborer. You provide tools and cost is 41.50 per hour plus tax but we will not pay for any tools of yours that may get broken in the process. There will be a four hour minimum on all labor projects. There will also be a minimum 88.50 charge per day worked to cover fuel and transportation fees to local locations. If power equipment is used, like chain saws and stone cutting equipment then the tool and transport fee will be higher. If you are out side the local Issaquah area then there maybe a higher transport fee. There may also be additional fuel and transportation fees if our laborers are relocating to more then one jobsite per day of work. If you need some professional consulting with whatever projects your labor help is working on then there will consultation fees of 98.50 plus tax for the first hour and 58.50 plus tax per additional hour. There is a 98.50 plus tax minimum.
